The Standard

Every Savana Story piece is a result of time-honored artisanal craft. We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. If an item does not meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.

Eligibility

• Items must be in original, unworn condition.
• Heritage packaging and all brand tags must remain intact.
• Bespoke or customized orders are final sale.

The Process

To initiate a return, please email our concierge with your order number. For domestic orders within Kenya, we offer complimentary collection. For global orders, shipping fees and duties are the responsibility of the client.
